6wk Yoga for Pregnancy & Birth Course
Kate from Matri Yoga offers nurturing and supportive yoga for expecting Mummas. Some time to yourself and safe movement to help you through your pregnancy. A weekly 90min class over 6 weeks to keep your body mind feeling good.

Jivamukti Yoga with Meg (Regular Class)
Meg is offering a 90min Jivamukti Open class every Saturday at 8:30AM.
Jivamukti Yoga is one of the nine internationally recognised yoga methods. A Jivamukti Open class is open to all levels of practitioner, from beginners to experienced practitioners – all are welcome.
There are 14 elements of a Jivamukti Open class that you soon come to recognise, including; dharma (a spiritual discourse or contemplation), chanting, a rigorous and skillfully sequenced series of asana (postures), pranayama (breathing) and dharana (meditation). In Jivamukti Open classes Meg offers hands-on assists.
To ensure safety and choice, Meg will use consent cards to establish your preference for hands-on assistance or verbal assistance only, during any given class with her. Jump on Meg’s website for more information on passes and booking.

Mat Pilates with Jo (Regular Class)
Come and join Jo for some strength building Mat Pilates. You can expect a controlled style of Pilates to strength and condition the whole body. Consistency is the key so you will have the chance to attend twice a week to get the most out of classes.
