6 week postnatal pilates course with our experienced and passionate
Pilates instructor Emily Payne (also a Myotherapist).
Postnatal Pilates aims to strengthen your pelvic floor and abdominals,
tone your entire body, and stretch out those tight spots from carrying, lifting,
feeding and changing your little one. It will also give you a strong sense of
wellbeing and confidence for those good body feels.
Emily will support you with personalised programs and weekly
motivation, to get you safely moving in class and at home.
You have the option to have your strength, stability and flexibility assessed
at the start and end of the course.
Expect small group classes, individual support, with easy going community feels!
