Description
A nurturing 5-week program hosted by its highly experienced and passionate Pilates instructor Emily Payne (also a Myotherapist) to create personalised programs and weekly guidance to get new mothers safely back on their way to physical strength and wellness.
With the combined care provided from both a Pilates and Myotherapy perspective, this course will allow its participants an opportunity to train in an environment that is conducive to their individual needs and parameters and that embraces the trials, tribulations and spontaneity of mother hood.
Participants are able to attend ‘make-up’ sessions in any other Pilates class offered on the timetable and provided ongoing weekly support outside of the studio to encourage training at home. A maximum of 8 spots available.
Every participant will go through a pre and post course assessment for strength, stability and flexibility to track progress.
