Pilates instructor Emily Payne (also a Myotherapist).
Prenatal Pilates is a low impact and nourishing way to build and maintain
strength and stability, along with helping to prevent aches and pains.
We dial it back and set you up to move through your practice in a safe supported way.
Each movement is mindful and done with care, focus and flow.
Giving you a strong sense of wellbeing and confidence for those good body feels.
Emily will support you with personalised programs and weekly
motivation, to get you safely moving in class and at home.
Expect small group classes, individual support, with easy going community feels!
