Joseph Pilates called his system ‘Contrology’ for the very reason that Pilates exercises are performed with control, care and gentle rigor. The modality presents a low-impact method of exercise ideal if you’re managing an injury, overcoming musculoskeletal dysfunction, or wanting to build general strength and flexibility.
Our Pilates classes are based on the mat (like Yoga) which keeps things simple, intelligible and targeted promoting full-body workout and recharge. Regular Pilates can improve your quality of movement, strength and endurance to make moving through life easier.

We dial it back and set you up to move through your pilates practice in a safe supported way. Each movement is mindful and done with care, focus and flow.
Bring along your mat, towel and water.
We also offer one-on-one Pilates sessions for tailored programs, recovery from injury, and those who prefer to be treated in this way.
